Remember to Breathe

Low Days Are Inevitable

Low days are inevitable when you are working on healing from any traumatic or emotionally painful period of your life. These are the days where you have barely enough energy to get up in the morning, and you feel like you are dragging yourself to anything you are required to do, such as work or appointments. If you have a low day with no need to leave the house, it’s usually guaranteed that you’ll be in pajamas on the couch, or snuggled deep in your sheets and blankets. It’s okay to have these kinds of days, sometimes it’s even necessary. Honor your heart and your spirit, giving yourself the time that you need to process, and heal. These days will not last, and the more you allow them to occur without loading yourself down with unneeded guilt for taking them, the better you will end up feeling.

Blessings to you,
